International Shipments: International orders are dispatched via Post Office International or DPD, depending on the destination. All international shipments require a signature upon delivery and typically arrive within 5-10 working days, depending on the location. Due to ongoing delays related to the COVID-19 pandemic, please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us regarding your shipment.

// Undeliverable Parcels
In cases where a parcel is not claimed or is refused by the recipient, Post Office/DPD will attempt re-delivery. If re-delivery cannot be arranged before the carrier's cut-off time, the parcel may be destroyed or abandoned by authorities in the destination country. Please be aware that we cannot offer refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.

• Between Two Seas is not liable for any loss or damage to parcels left unattended with the recipient's authority. If you authorise a signature release, please ensure a safe location is designated for your parcel.
• If a package is returned to sender, we will issue a refund for the order subtotal, excluding the initial shipping cost.
