At Between Two Seas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to exchange or refund items within this time frame. Please note that items cannot be returned if the label and/or hygiene sticker has been removed.

// Conditions of Return

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that your item meets the following conditions:

  • Full Price Item: Returns are only accepted for full-price items.
  • Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be in their original condition—unworn and unwashed.
  • Original Tags Attached: All original tags must still be attached to the product.
  • Hygiene Strip: The hygiene strip MUST be attached to the product.
  • Sale Items: Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs incurred.

// Exchanges and Refunds

  • Eligibility: Exchanges and refunds are available for UK customers only.
  • Value: Items may be exchanged for items of the same value as your original purchase.
  • Return Method: We highly recommend returning items via a recorded, trackable delivery service. Between Two Seas accepts no liability for lost goods during return shipping.
  • Prepaid Postage: Please include a 500g prepaid postage satchel for the return of your new item.

// International Returns

If you are outside the UK and wish to return an item, please contact us at info@betweentwoseas.co.uk for specific return instructions.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as the redelivery of the new item.
  • Return Method: We recommend using a recorded, trackable delivery service for returns. Between Two Seas accepts no liability for lost goods during return shipping.
