Where do you ship, and what are your shipping rates?
We ship both domestically in the UK and internationally. Please see our shipping rates below:

  • UK Tracked 24 (2-3 Business Days): £4
  • European Tracked (4-7 Business Days): £8 (Free on orders over £80)
  • Worldwide Tracked (5-10 Business Days, excluding UAE): £12
  • United Arab Emirates Express (5-7 Business Days): £10
All orders are shipped within 1-2 working days. Delivery times vary depending on location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipments are delivered via Royal Mail or DPD, depending on your country, and usually take 5-10 working days. Please note, international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are the recipient's responsibility.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
While we strive for timely delivery, Between Two Seas is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers (Royal Mail/DPD), especially during high-volume periods.

If your package is delayed, we recommend waiting 10 working days before contacting us, as there can be delays due to factors like the high-volume shipping during holiday, courier strikes, etc.

For lost parcels, please contact us with your order details, and we will do our best to assist you.

If your package is returned to us as "Returned to Sender," you will receive a refund for the order subtotal, excluding the original shipping costs.

Refunds are not available for unclaimed or refused packages, which may be destroyed or abandoned by authorities in the recipient's country.
Do I need to sign for my package?
Yes, most international shipments require a signature on delivery. However, if you authorise a "safe place" for delivery, Between Two Seas is not liable for any loss or damage.

Please ensure there is a secure location for your parcel.
How do I care for my swimwear?
Our swimwear is made from 80% Nylon and 20% Spandex. To extend the life of your swimwear, we recommend hand washing in cold water and avoiding ironing.

Rinse your swimwear after contact with salt water or chlorine to keep it looking its best.
