European Tracked (4-7 Business Days) - £8
Worldwide Tracked (Excluding United Arab Emirates) (5-10 Business Days) - £12
United Arab Emirates (Express) (5-7 Business Days) - £10
European delivery is free on orders above the value of £80.
- All orders will be shipped within 1/2 working days - UK deliveries are sent via Post Office 1st class, and received within 2 working days.
- International shipments are delivered via Post Office International / DPD, Shipping depending on country - which requires a signature on delivery. Delivery within 5-10 working days depending on location. Please allow 10 working days before contacting us, due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are experiencing further delays.
- International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, Post Office/ DPD will attempt re-delivery. If Post Office/DPD and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by Post Office/DPDs cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.
- Between Two Seas is not responsible for any delays caused by Post Office/ DPD, especially during high volume seasons. However, these are the best delivery estimations available.
- Between Two Seas is not liable for any loss or damage to parcels that have been granted authority to be left unattended by the recipient. Please ensure there is a safe location for the parcel to be left if a signature release is authorised. If the package is Returned To Sender, please note that you will be issued a refund however this refund will not include the initial shipping cost. You will be refunded the order subtotal, before shipping.
